University Campus Masterplan Feasibility Study. The site is located in close proximity to Suceava, to the north of Romania, where a major University Campus is proposed the close proximity to the existing old University. There are strong infrastructure connections off the main road surrounding the city. On 30 hectares of greenfield, a joint venture design team is designing a hyper modern campus for the future, sized at 70,000 sqm of school facilities. Our assignment is the Nanotechnology Center, Information Center and the Dendrological Park with a large Green House for public and special studies, home to a whole variety of plants from all over the world. We are also setting out as main goal to attract pedestrian activity by providing a leisure area right in the core of the whole development, engaging residents and bringing outsiders to experience the new built environment.
